The Vice President of Investment Banking is responsible for advising on leveraged buyouts and initial public offerings. Vice Presidents are usually viewed as project managers who are directly responsible for the transaction or may be involved in marketing operations.

He/she is responsible for managing client databases and oversees the work of senior banker subordinate members. As such, the effective implementation of these responsibilities is essential to meet or exceed the stated goals and objectives.

Chief responsibilities of Vice President of Investment Banking:

The Vice President of Investment Banking is an important person responsible for designing, planning, organizing, developing and distributing new business presentations, calling potential customers, conducting market analysis and research for financial analysis, legal contracts and developing and fostering client relationships.

A) He/she is the leader, especially in executing mergers and acquisitions transactions and strives to initiate and create new agreements.

B) To get a better understanding of the roles and responsibilities that these professionals need to handle, a detailed description of the various duties described below:

i) He/she is involved in the execution and management of equity offerings, including content, logistics management, issue identification, analysis, and resolution drafting and design.

ii) He/she is responsible for mergers and acquisitions and is involved in the creation of buyer lists, their contacts, drafting of relevant content, financial analysis and management, and private equity placement.

iii) He/she seeks and identifies new contract opportunities by creating and releasing factual financial analyzes and creating a variety of financial plans.

iv) He/she is involved in pitching or selling the organization’s products and services to new customers and may also be involved in other projects.

v) He/she may diligently attend meetings with investment managers who are not owned or owned and produce relevant call reports that contain their opinions.

Customer service:-

1) To be able to effectively sell Client Bank’s NBD and 3rd party products, collect clear feedback, refer to the business, analyze and understand customer needs and requirements.

2) Guides the customer to the relevant transaction desk during customer hours during high traffic conditions.

3) Attending customers at the Branch branch, answering customer queries, coordinating with the back office functions and facilitating their transactions to the extent necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

4) Delive full knowledge of deliverable management/application forms so specific clients can guide you up-front for the right action.

Other Responsibilities

i) Timely raise any issues/complaints to the Head of the business.

ii) Participate in projects in areas such as automation, process improvement, cycle time reduction, service delivery, transaction processing, cost reduction

iii) Plays an active role in new products, processes, systems.
