(i) Officers in the Central or State Government having uniform post offices.

(ii) a law degree with 3 years of experience in legal work.

Age:

No more than 56 years from the date of receipt of application.

Note 1:

a) Divisional Officers in the feeder category who are in direct line of promotion are not eligible to be considered for deployment.

b) Likewise, candidates on deputation will not be eligible for consideration by promotion (the period of deputation to another former cadre immediately preceding the appointment, including the appointment of office bearers of some other institute or division of the Central Government, shall generally not exceed three years).

c) The maximum age for appointment through deputation shall not be more than 56 (sixth) years till the last date of receipt of application.

d) For the past years, a properly filled application form, according to the professor in Annexure-II (Curriculum Vite Proforma), along with certified copies of the ACRS / APARS, Certificate of Vigilance Approval and Integrity Certificate, has been sent to Shri Sadanand Mukherjee by the concerned institution. , Vice Coal Controller, Coal Controller’s Office, 1, Council House Street, Kolkata 700001, within 60 (sixty) days from the date of circular / advertisement in the Assistant Employment News.

The terms and conditions of deployment will be governed by the DOPT’s OM number 6/8/200- estt. (Pay-II) dated 17/06/2010 as amended from time to time.

Non-supporting applications / CVs will be rejected if the certificates/documents are not in support of the qualification and experience claimed by the candidate and have not been sent by the appropriate channel or receipt after the deadline.
