HR Jobs HLL –  Educational Qualifications:

The qualification of the applicant should be from nationally reputed, recognized Indian universities full time / regular plans.
Shipments/internships/training/dissertation post during a professional course will not be considered in the qualification post.

HR Jobs HLL – General Terms:

(1) Only Indian nationals are required to apply.

(2) The appointment to the above posts shall be on a regular / FTC basis. Regularly appointed applicants will be on probation
as a one-year rule. Appointments on an FTC basis will initially be for a period of years and will be renewable on that basis
the performance of the candidate during the period of organization/requirement.

(3) During the tenure of the candidate, the selected candidates will be required to serve in any place/office across HITES.

(5) The Company reserves the right to cancel / limit/curtail/increase the number of vacancies if required.

(6) A candidate may be considered for a lower position if he/she is found to be suitable based on their qualification experience,
present condition and performance of the interview.

(9) The internal candidates of HITES will also be considered for the selection of the quality according to the criteria currently operating promoted.

(10) The candidate called for an interview will not qualify for the job requirement instead, according to the magnitude of responding to applications, manage, if necessary, write a competitive written test / personal interview or both increase specific standards to prevent the number of candidates being called for interviews depends on the merits during the interview, candidates may be offered the lower post for which they have applied.

(11) Applicants serving in Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Non-Governmental Organizations through appropriate channels or create a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of the interview, if they fail, they will not be allowed to attend the interview.

(12) The appointment of selected candidates is subject to verification of caste, character, and ancestry from the concerned authorities company rules.

(13) Reservations and concessions based on age, scheduled caste/tribe / OBC / PWD / ex-servicemen, etc. are in accordance with the Government of India instructions.

(14) Age relaxation will be given to exceptionally experienced candidates.

(15) Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes / Tribes / OBCs (Non-creamy Layers) / PWDs / Ex-servicemen should add copy of Certificate.

The competent authority implemented it in the prescribed pattern of the Government. (Central / State) In such cases, the candidate fails to give a certificate in support of their claim, their candidacy will not be considered.

(16) Candidates in the OBC category are required to produce the recently obtained OBC Certificate (non-creamy layer) (not older than) 6 months on the date of advertisement as per the prescribed pattern (Central / State) issued by the competent authority.

If a candidate fails to produce a certificate in support of his claim, his candidacy will not be considered.

(17) Candidates from PWD / Ex-servicemen should submit verified copies of certificates in support of their claim. In case

(18) The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their medical qualification for such an appointment on the basis of medical examination according to the company directive.

(19) No correspondence will be given to candidates who are not shortlisted for interview.

B. For the remaining posts, S.L. Nos. 1 to 34 (as per official notice), shortlisted candidates will be called on the basis of preliminary scrutiny
for an interview. Correct communications in this regard will be sent to the candidates separately.

C. Out-Staton candidates who have been called for interview for regular placement will be paid the fare by rail in the shortest way through the production of evidence of travel according to the rules of HITES TA.
