HPSSC: Health and Family Welfare Department no. HFW-A-A(3) 1 / 2020, The Commission has taken the following decisions till the 14th of April, 2020, to disseminate the COVID-19 to include the restrictions imposed on 31/3/2020 and the preventive measures taken by the public.

1) Written inspection tests of the Condya Conductor (post-code-762) and junior auditor (post-code-759) held on 19 – 04 – 2020 have been postponed until further orders.

2) The deadline for filing online recruitment applications has been extended from 03 – 04 – 2020 to 25 – 04 – 2020 in response to current advertisements.

Candidates are advised to regularly visit the website of the Commission to find out the latest dates of the written exam and the updated information.

HPSSC: Online Applications are invited for direct recruitment of under mentioned categories of posts using the website of the Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission.

The online application can be filled up from 05.03.2020 to 03.04.2020 till 11.59 PM, thereafter website link will be disabled. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online well in advance to avoid rush during closing dates of submission of Online Recruitment Applications.

No offline Application Form will be accepted by the Commission. The candidates must read the instructions carefully for filling up ORA available on the website of HPSSC.

Employees of HPPCL who have acquired the above-referred qualification with 55% marks through full time or part-time or through correspondence/distance mode from a recognized institute/University shall also be eligible / considered.

Relevant quality (s) and experience etc.

HPSSC: In respect of required qualification (s) and experience, if any, etc., the date for determining eligibility of all candidates will be the submission date of On-line Recruitment Application (ORA) form i.e. 03.04.2020 till 11.59PM.

Age:

The minimum and maximum age limit of 18 to 45 years will be given by 01-01-2020. Upper age limit is exempted from five years for SC, ST and OBC candidates, disabled persons and children / children of freedom fighters of Grand Himachal Pradesh. Upper age relaxation also H.P. Is available for ex-servicemen candidates. According to the provisions of the relevant rules / H.P. Instructions of Govt.

Attention: –

I. Candidates should carefully read the instructions / other terms and conditions which are available on the website HPSSC i.e. http://www.hpsssb.hp.gov.in before filling the ORA form for the respective post.

ii. Candidates are advised to note the USER ID and PASSWORD and this user ID and password will be applicable for future reference in relation to exam / tests, download roll number / call letter / filing fee detail etc. No issues Other assistance may be provided.

iii. Candidates are advised to provide their working mobile number and email ID, which they use in online recruitment (ORA) to ensure their work till the completion of the application and selection process to avoid inconvenience. There is no other means of contacting them except their email and mobile number. 

iv. Candidates will fill their complete and correct details in ORA forms to avoid rejection of candidature. Incorrect information can disqualify a candidate from being recruited to any position to be admitted by the Commission for a period of three years.

v. No other mode is acceptable except online payment for examination fee.

vi. The number of posts varies from time to time for different categories of posts and may increase or decrease from time to time. Any fresh R / P rules for common / similar rules will include requirements to be obtained from any of the requisite officers for the current number of posts up to 30.06.2020 or the date of written objective screening test, whichever is earlier.

Therefore, all candidates are requested to apply under any category as a reserved category post, based on this advertisement can be filled.
The post is responsible for the number of vacancies and reservations to be changed without notice.

vii. Candidates will have to exercise the option in writing at the time of document / evaluation process and the selection / allocation of departments will be done on the basis of “merit-less-option-less-availability-post” formula in the case.

In the case of the posts of District Cadre, the posts of various departments and different districts. However, the candidate of the desired reserved category may further choose that if he is not considered as a MRC (meritorious reserve candidate), if he is not getting his better choice / post of choice / department / district, he should May be his respective reserved category to give him better choice / preference for final recommendation.

viii. The recommendations of the Commission shall be valid as long as the candidates are offered by the appointing officers or for a period of one year from the date of the recommendations, whichever is earlier.

In addition, recommendations from the existing panel will be made by the Commission when requirements in relation to additional vacancies are received from different departments for the same recruitment / promotion and promotion rules, until the waiting panel in operation is over. Or six months, whichever is earlier.

ix. While preparing the final result, a category wise waiting list (panel) will be prepared. Candidates placed on the waiting list / panel will have no right to be appointed when the selected / recommended candidates are not included and the waiting list is still operational.

x. The Commission reserves the right to abstain from written examination for any post keeping in view the number of other posts as well as other circumstances.

In lieu of marks for the written examination, the Commission may write a direct selection criteria based on the required qualifications mentioned in the R&P Rules and conduct the skill test / physical test / evaluation of all eligible applicants as the case may be.

xi. The Commission reserves the right to implement Para 4 of the Government. Notification no. Pier (APB) B (15) -5 / 2014 dated 07.07.2011 (and clarification / instructions, if received from the government during the recruitment process. XII. Candidates should submit their roll number, admit card, evaluation For any other information about the program etc., you should keep checking the website regularly.

xiii. As per the instructions of the Government dated 11.06.2019 when the economically weaker section EWS candidate is not available for selection, the post will automatically be considered as de-reserved and it will be filled by non-reserved category non-EWS candidate.

xiv. Candidates related to Antyodaya / BPL. Households, who apply for vacancies reserved for the economically weaker sections, are prescribed in the instructions of the Government as issued by the competent authority on the basis of valid BPL certificate and non-SC / ST / OBC certificate. Important instructions for filling online application form: –

1. Candidates should read the instructions carefully, which are also available on the HPSSC website, ie

The candidate should enter the details, namely, name, father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth according to his / her matriculation certificate and upload the scanned photograph and scanned signature. Only after filling in the mandatory fields can the candidate proceed to the next step, otherwise the application will be considered incomplete.

16. Benefit of reservation under EWS can be obtained DC / ADC / ADM / SDO (Civil) of the area where the candidate and / or his / her family resides, issued by the competent authority; And the revenue officer is not below the rank of tahsildar. The IRDP / BPL certification is six months from the date of issue. Candidate must give valid certificate along with the old certificate at the time of filing the application in support of his claim.

17. Validity of the Certificate – १ The quality of the certificate must be looked at at the time of evaluation. Candidates belonging to non-reserved BPL category are not required to submit income and property certificate. On the basis of valid BPL certificates issued by the competent authority and supplemented by SC-ST / OBC certificates, they will be considered eligible for EWS reservation.If any BPL candidate has applied for the reserved position for the EWS category, he / she will have to submit valid BPL.

Certificate countered by Block Development Officer and non-SC / ST / OBC certificate by competent authority. Candidates must have these certificates along with prescribed samples at the time of filing the online recruitment application or on the prescribed deadline of the application. 

18. If the vacancy vacant for EWS cannot be vacated in any recruitment year because of the absence of suitable candidate of EWS, such vacancies of that particular year cannot be forwarded as a backward in the next recruitment year. In other words, when an EWS candidate is not available for selection, this post will be automatically counted as reserved and will be filled by the candidates belonging to the category of EWS non-paid.

19. Candidates belonging to the category of disabled with more than% or above are allowed at least one hour extra time for 3 hours ie 3 minute examination. If visually impaired candidates request literals, they will have to make a written request to the Center Superintendent immediately after he / she has received the roll number. 

20. The once-filled exam fee will not be refunded and will not be reserved for any other examination or selection under any circumstances.
