1) Rajasthan High Court Staff Services Rules, 2002 (as amended) [Rajasthan High Court Staff Service rules, 2002] (As amended) and the provisions of Rajasthan District Court Clerical Establishment Rules, 1986 (as amended) [Rajasthan District Courts Ministerial Establishment Rules, 1986] (As amended)
Under the Junior High Court of Rajasthan,

Junior Judicial Assistant, Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority and District Legal Services Authorities (including Taluka Legal Services Committees and Permanent Lok Adalats) Junior Assistant And online applications are invited in the prescribed online format for direct recruitment to the following mentioned vacant posts of Clerk Grade-II in Rajasthan State Judicial Academy and District Courts of Rajasthan. Selected candidates will remain as probationer trainees for a period of two years at fixed remuneration of Rs. 14,600 / – (fixed) per month.

On successful completion of the probation period, they will get the pay scale of Rs. 20,800-65,900 / – will be payable.

Court Jobs – Special Notes:

(i) Before applying online, the applicant is expected to apply for the Rajasthan High Court carefully study the Employee Services Rules, 2002 (as amended) and the Rajasthan District Court Clerical Establishment Rules, 1986 (as amended), detailed advertisements, online application and guidelines issued regarding depositing examination fees, which are available at Rajasthan High Court website.

(ii) Applicants must enter all the desired and relevant information in the online application. If the information is wrong or incomplete, the applicant’s application will not be canceled and he will not be admitted to the examination, which will be the responsibility of the applicant himself.

Court Jobs – Note:

3) With reference to the posts reserved for Scheduled Areas (TSP Areas):

i. Reservation of vacancies for Tribal Sub Plan Areas (TSP Areas) notified by the State Government Scheduled Tribal Sub Plan Program followed by the Government will be as per.

A. (iii) Has won the medal either individually or in a team event in a national tournament of a sport recognized by the Indian Olympic Association or the respective recognized National Sports Federation; Or

(iv) All India of a sport recognized by the Association of Indian Universities
Must have won the medal in the individual event or team competition in the inter-university tournament.

(f) For reservation in Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and Backward Classes, Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format will have to be submitted.

(g) In the case of candidates belonging to the economically weaker section, the income issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format and Property & Assets Certificate will have to be submitted.

(h) Married women candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes will have to produce a caste certificate issued as per rules in the prescribed format based on their father’s name and place of residence to get the benefit of reserved category. The caste certificate issued on the basis of the husband’s name and place of residence will not be valid.

(i) Married women candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes and Backward Classes will have to submit a caste certificate issued as per rules in the prescribed format based on their father’s name, place of residence and income to get the benefit of reserved category. Caste certificate issued on the basis of husband’s name, place of residence and income will not be valid.

(j) In the case of a widowed female candidate, she will have to submit a death certificate issued by the competent authority and in case of a different married female candidate, she has to present proof of Divorce.

(k) For selection against the posts of the general category, candidates of the reserved class will be required to be eligible as candidates of the general category.

Court Jobs – Important Notes:

(A) The merit list of the successful candidates for selection will be prepared on the basis of the total marks obtained by them in the written examination and computer examination (speed and proficiency test) (Institute wise), in the following priority order:

First preference: – Rajasthan High Court

Second Priority: – Rajasthan State Judicial Academy

Third Priority: – Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority

Fourth Priority: – District Court

Fifth Preference: – District Legal Services Authority (Taluka Legal Services Committees and Standing Candidates, including Lok Adalat), will have to select any of the five district jurisdictions (as per the name of the district), as per the priority, while applying.

(B) Applicants from non-TSP Areas will not be able to select districts in Scheduled Areas (TSP Areas) while selecting districts.

(C) After selection against the vacancies of Rajasthan High Court, Rajasthan State Judicial Academy, and Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, the recommendation for the appointment of successful candidates to the District Court / District Legal Services Authority for the remaining vacancies, as far as possible from the five district jurisdictions selected by them as per the priority, it will be done for anyone district jurisdiction, which will be subject to the merit list prepared on the basis of the total marks of the candidates.

(D) As a matter of fact, in the absence of selection in five district jurisdictions, the recruiting authority may recommend the name of such candidate for appointment in any district jurisdiction in which he deems fit.

(E) In the case of District Court / District Legal Services Authority, only local residents of the same respective Scheduled Area (TSP Area) of the state of Rajasthan will be able to apply for vacant posts in the Scheduled Area (TSP Area). Applicants of Scheduled Area (TSP Area), while applying online, clearly select the Scheduled Area (TSP Area).

(F) Resident applicants of the Scheduled Area (TSP Area), while selecting the districts for an appointment, select their Scheduled Area (where they are local residents) as the first priority, followed by any other four non-TSP (Non-TSP) areas. Area) of the district. But the selection/appointment of such candidates in the non-scheduled area will remain subject to the merit list of the said area.

5) Other backward class and extremely backward class applicants from the state of Rajasthan and from the state of Rajasthan applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Other Backward Classes (creamy layer and non-creamy layer) / economically weaker section of different states fall under the general category.

6) Court Jobs – न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Minimum Academic Qualification):

A candidate for direct recruitment:

1. must be a graduate of any University established by law in India or equivalent examination from any University recognized by the Government for the purpose and;

2. must-have basic knowledge of computers.

7) Court Jobs – शारीरिक उपयुक्तता (Physical Fitness):

The applicant should be mentally and physically fit and should not have any mental and physical disadvantage which is likely to hinder his / her duties as a member of the service efficiently. In the event of the applicant being selected, he is notified by the Appointing Authority for the purpose of any medical officer notified for that purpose a certificate has to be presented.

8) Court Jobs – Nationality:

It is necessary for a candidate to serve in the service that he/she:

(a) is a citizen of India, or

(b) is a citizen of Nepal, or

(c) is a citizen of Bhutan: proviso – from category (b) and (c) The concerned candidate will be the person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been given by the Government of India.

9) Court Jobs – आयु (Age Limit):

A candidate for direct recruitment to the Service must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 40 years, on the first day of January next following (01.01.2021) the last date fixed for receipt of the application. PROVIDED that:

(1) the upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years in case of the member of the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Other Backward Classes or More Backward Classes or Women candidates;

(2) there shall be no age limit in case of Widow and Divorcee women candidate;

(3) the upper age limit for the reservists, namely defense services personnel transferred to the reserve shall be 50 years

(4) The age relaxation for persons with disabilities will be admissible as applicable in the State Government from time to time.

(5) the upper age limit mentioned above shall not apply in the case of ex-prisoner, who had served under Government on a substantive basis on any post before his conviction and was eligible for appointment under the rules.

(6) the upper age limit mentioned above shall be relaxed by a period equal to the term of imprisonment served in the case of ex-prisoner, who was not overage before his conviction and was eligible for appointment under the rules.

(7) the upper age limit mentioned above shall be relaxed by a period equal to the service rendered in the N.C.C. in the case of Cadet instructors and if the resultant age does not exceed the prescribed maximum age limit by more than three years, they shall be deemed to be within the prescribed age limit.

(8) the Released Emergency Commissioned Officers and Short Service Commissioned Officers, after released from the Army, shall be deemed to be within the age limit, even though they have crossed the age limit when they appear before the Commission, had they been eligible as such at the time of their joining the Commission in the Army.

Note:-

The above relaxation in age will be admissible only in one category.

Explanation: –

Last time the recruitment of Junior Judicial Assistant was held in the year 2015 and the recruitment of Junior Clerk was held in the year 2017. Therefore, the applicants who are eligible for appearing in the said exam on 01.01.2018, 01.01.2019, 01.01.2020 from the point of view of their upper age limit, are eligible for the upper age limit to apply for this examination.

10) Character:

The character of the candidate for direct recruitment in the service should be such that he is qualified for employment in the service. Candidate should:

(i) A Good Character Certificate, that university, college or to be issued by the Principal / Academy Officer of the school in which he has studied for the last time and

(ii) Two certificates of integrity, which are more than 6 months before the date of submission of the application. If not written, two responsible persons should be presented, who is not related to it.

11) Court Jobs – Examination Fee:

For the direct recruitment to the said posts, the following amount will be payable by the applicant as examination fee:

Applicants from general class / economically weaker class / OBC / OBC / other state Rs 500 /

12) Court Jobs – Refund of Examination Fee:

No claim related to refund of examination fee will be entertained nor will the examination fee be reserved for any other examination, unless the advertisement has been canceled by the appointing authority. In case of cancellation of advertisement, the refund of the examination fee will be admissible provided the claim for refund of examination fee is submitted within one month of the notice of the said cancellation.
