Physical Measurement at the Rally site:-

Physical measurement will be carried out as per the Physical Standards listed in para 2.

Medical Test:-

As per laid down medical standards at the rally site. Unfit candidates will be referred to as MH/Ch BH for specialist review. Candidates referred for specialist review should present themselves to the nominated MH/CH/BH within 05 days of the referral and report back to ARO for the issue of admit card for CEE in case of declared fit.

Written Test:-

It will be conducted for medically fit candidates at the nominated venue. Location date & time of written test will be intimated at rally site and through admit cards. Admit card for the CEE for the review fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned specialist/specialist at MH/CH/BH.

Candidates are required to bring two documents/certificates at the rally with two verified photocopies: –

(A) Admit Card:-

The admit card is printed on a good quality paper with a laser printer (do not reduce the size).

(B) Photograph:-

Twenty copies of etched passport-sized photographs developed on good quality photographic paper on a white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts / Photoshop photographs will not be obtained to be accepted.

(C) Academic Certificate:

Certificate of Academic Certificate (Martik / Intermediate / Graduation, etc.) along with a certificate in the root of the educational qualification received by the candidate from a recognized school/college/board/university. Provisional/online Ink Certificate should be signed by the Head of the Board / University’s educational institution concerned. Candidates having Matric Certificate from Open School should bring the Counter School Leaving Certificate through BEO / DEO.

(D) Domicile Certificate:-

Will be accepted only with the photograph taken by the Specialist / District Magistrate or by any Government officer of the same grade.

(E) Caste Certificate:-

Attached to the photo of the caste certificate (Maharashtra State does not issue the photo of the candidate issued by the Tahsildar / District Magistrate).

(F) Religion Certificate:-

The religion certificate issued by the Tahsildar / SDM (“Singh / Hindu / Muslim / Christ” is not mentioned in the caste certificate.

(G) School Eligibility Certificate:-

The School Character Certificate is given by the Headmaster / Headmaster of the school/college where the candidate has last studied.

(H) Character Certificate:-

A certificate of character with photographs of the village Sarpanch / Municipal corporation in the last six months.

(j) Unmarried Certificate:-

Unmarried Certificate to candidates under the age of 3 years, along with photographs issued by Village Sarpanch / Municipal Corporation in the last six months.

(K) Relationship Certificate:-

SOS / Sox / SOV / SOV candidate is required to provide the following documents:-

(i) The Relationship Certificate issued by the concerned Records Office is only signed by the Special Records Officer, including personal records, rank, name and records officer recognized.

(ii) The original discharge book of ex-servicemen should also be prepared, in which the candidate’s name and date of birth should be recorded.

(L) NCC Certificate:-

The NCC A / B / C Certificate and the Republic Day Parade certificate should contain the photo of the candidate authorized by the Authority only temporary NCC A / B / C pass certificate will be accepted by related NCC Group Commanders.

(M) sports certificate:-

(i) Players representing the state internationally and nationally in the last two years. Attention is given to the list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is the acceptable website: www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

(ii) The players represented in the state level and university team or district level divisional team or district level team in the last two years. Sports certificates must be accompanied by a registration number and a government

(a) All Senior / Junior National Championship Certificate – Respected National Federation.

(b) All-State and District Level Certificates – Respected State Sports Association.

(c) All University Level Certificate – Inter-University Sports Board.

(d) All India School Games Federation – All India School Level Certificate.

(N) Affidavit:-

Non-Judicial Stamp Paper The candidate has signed the affidavit on 5 / -. The new format verified by Notary will be submitted by the candidate below.

(O) Single Bank A / C, PAN Card and Aadhar Card:-

Single bank A / C, PAN card and Aadhaar card are compulsory documents for registration of salary and allowances and other Social Benefits Scheme final names.

Important Notice.

(A) Administration:-

As recruitment is a time-consuming process, candidates are advised to carry enough food and drinking water.

(B) Candidates will be allowed to enter the rally only on the creation of Admit Card in duplicate generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Anyone with a fake Admit card will be provided In the custody of the civil police.

(C) Recruitment into the Army is a free service. The candidate states that anyone with a pure warranty for quality is asked not to bribe anyone. Selection process during recruitment In all cases there is a computer and transportation. Instead, candidates will be asked to be careful as they cannot help them at any stage.

(D) Candidates are advised to check their age and educational criteria before attending the rally. Candidates found to be below the age / older and do not meet the educational criteria will be disqualified.

(E) Giving / receiving bribes, producing bogus/fake certificates and engaging in unlawful ways is a crime and is punishable by law.

(F) Overrides, seal tampering, or any scraping / attaching certificates will not be accepted.

(G) All the documents submitted by the candidates are verified by the government agency before entering the army.

(H) Individuals submitting fake documents will be subject to stringent legal action. Service will be terminated even after recruitment many years of service have been provided when candidates found fake documents or misinformation at the time of recruitment.

(I) Compensation for death / injury / loss etc. during rally and no allowance/inflation allowance for travel is allowed. The candidates will participate in the march at their own risk and participation is completely and completely voluntary signing an indemnity bond is an essential requirement.

(J) Use of performance-enhancing drugs. The use of any form of enhanced drugs is strictly prohibited. It has been found that they will be removed from the next screen.

(K) Tattoos:-

Permanent body tattoos are only allowed on the inner face of the cut, ie on the inside of the elbow to the wrist and the palm/back of the hand to the right. There are no permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body acceptable and candidates will be barred from further selection. If there is a religious tattoo, the candidate will be presented with a prescribed sample affidavit.

(L) Medical examination and follow-up at the fair will be repeated for 5 days or more if a medical examination is repeated and ineligible candidates will not be recruited in this review.

(M) Selection is temporary until a traffic certificate is issued and candidates are sent for training.

(N) Mobile phones are not allowed at the rally and at the CEE.

(O) Candidates are advised to undergo a medical examination, especially in regards to flat foot, visual impairment, deformity, and physical measurements.

(P) All are advised to make sure their ears are not wax-free before the rally, doctors clean it.

(Q) Candidates will have to attend the rally for three to four days. Candidates should make arrangements to stay under their own system.

(R) Negative marking will apply in CEE.

(S) The result of the written test will be announced on the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. No separate letter will be sent to the candidate. It is the responsibility of the candidate to check its result and report it to the ARO for documentation.

(A) Army Bharti Eligibility – All candidates should check their eligibility status and login to the official website to create their profile.

(B) Online registration (submission of applications) will begin on 13 March 2020 and close on 26 April 2020.

(C) Candidates will log in after 27th April 2020 and take a printout of the admit card from the official site of Army which is mentioned below at the bottom of this page.

Army Bharti: A military (Indian Armed Forces) recruitment rally:-

Rally will be held for the eligible candidates in Jamnagar, Porbandar, Rajkot and Amreli districts.

Bhavnagar, Junagadh, Surendranagar, Kutch, Gir Somnath, Bataod, Morbi, Devbhumi Dwarka and Diu (UT) from 12 May 2020 to 21 May 2020 at NDH, High School, Devbhumi Dwarka. 

A rally admits card will be sent through register by e-mail from 27 April 2020 to 03 May 2020. Candidates should arrive at the given date and place Time as mentioned in the admit card.

Army Bharti Medical examination:

(a) By medical standards at a rally site

(b) Ineligible candidates will be referred to MH for specialist review. Candidates report to the nominating military force hospital and the military hospital should complete the medical examination within 5 days from the referral. According to the policy

Army Bharti Written Examination through Common Entrance Examination (CEE):

(A) At the designated place, a medically fit candidate will be held. The date and time of written examination will be provided at the rally site and through the admit card.

(B) The CEE admit card for Rally Fit candidates will be given at the Rally site only.

(C) CEE’s admit card for review will be provided by the relevant persons Expert / Expert at MH when fit cases are medically fit.

Candidates are required to bring documents /certificates along with two certified photocopies Meeting them: –

(A) Admission card printed on good quality paper on a laser printer (do not reduce the size).

(B) Photograph:

The latest twenty copies of passport size photographs developed on good Quality Photography Computerized / PhotoShopped Over 3 months old white background Photographs will not be accepted. Photos must be with the correct haircut and clean shave (except) Sikh candidates).

(C) Academic Certificates:

(i) Academic certificate along with all the educational qualification marks obtained Candidates ie Matriculation / Intermediate from recognized school/college/board/university etc.

(ii) Provide ink certificate with the signature of the Head of the Temporary / Online Education Certificate Related Board / University Educational Institution

(iii) Candidates having Matric Certificate from Open School should bring the school leaving certificate Guided by BEO / DEO

(D) Domicile Certificate of occupancy containing the photograph issued by the Tahsildar / District Magistrate.

(E) Caste certificate with the photo of the candidate who issued the caste certificate by Tahsildar / District Magistrate.

(F) Religion Certificate Religion Certificate issued by Tahsildar / SDM (if any Not mentioned in the certificate of “Caste / Hindu / Muslim / Christian” caste).

(G) School Eligibility Certificate:

School Eligibility Certificate issued by the school/college Principal / Headmaster where candidates last studied.

(H) Character Certificate:

Certificate of Character with a photograph by Village Sarpanch / Municipality Corporation within the last six months.

(I) Unmarried Certificate:

Single certificate for candidates under 21 years of age Photo released by Village Sarpanch / Municipal Corporation in the last six months.

(K) Relationship certificates:

This required to prepare the SOS / SOEX / So / So So candidate The following documents: –

(i) Relationship certificate issued by the concerned record office is signed by record only Officers with personal numbers, numbers, names, and record-keeping officers Office Certificate bearing the stamp/seal is accepted. The relationship certificate should contain water Concerned entries.

(ii) Declaration on the non-judicial stamp of ten rupees as mentioned in the affidavit. ESM the paper prepared by it must be duly signed by

1st Class / Executive / Judicial Officer The candidate presented at the rally site. The nature of the affidavit is attached pursuant to Appendix ‘A’.

(iii) Ex-servicemen’s original discharge book should also be prepared. Name and date of birth The candidate may have been registered in it.

(L) NCC Certificate.

The NCC A / B / C Certificate and the Republic Day Parade Certificate should be properly verified by the candidate. Provisional NCC A / B / C pass certificate will be accepted only if authorized by the respective NCC group commanders.

No bonus points Allotted without verifying the certificate (Relationship / Sports / NCC). The result will be guaranteed by the candidate. Only temporary certificates are accepted during the notified rally period, not earlier or late.

(M) Sports Certificate:

(i) Players representing India at the state level both internationally and nationally for the last two years (for sports list under which exemption from physical standards is acceptable, attention is invited to the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in).

(ii) District Representatives in the State level and University team or regional team with first/second place at the district level in the last two years (Registration number and following from the government-affiliated sports body/institution)

(a) All senior/junior national competition Certificate Respected National Federation.
(b) All-State and District Level Certificates Respected State Sports Association.
(c) All University Level CertificateInter-University Sports Board.
(d) All School Level CertificateAll India School Games Federation.

(N) Affidavit:

As per the affidavit form, 10 / – Non Judicial Stamp Paper is signed by the candidate at the appropriate time. In order to enter the rally in accordance with Annexure B format, it is mandatory to submit the affidavit.

No candidate will be allowed to enter the rally without an affidavit.

(O) Single Bank A / C, PAN Card and Aadhar Card:

Single bank A / C, PAN card and Aadhar card are compulsory document schemes for final registration for salaries and allowances and other social benefits. (P) Police Eligibility Certificate. (Question) Sarpanch / Councilor (Resident Evidence)

6. Army Bharti Special instructions:

(A) The candidate who has not obtained the admit card by 03 May 2020 can enter the army for further clarification, recruitment office, Jamnagar.

(B) Candidates can apply in only one category. If anyone is registered for multiple trade/category, it will be disqualified and will not be considered for any trade/category. Select cleverly before applying.

Assistance will also be given for online registration and online application Candidates working for 8 hours to 10000 hours at Army Recruiting Office, Jamnagar.

(C) October 1, 2 will be considered as the effective date for determining the age of the candidate. Candidates for submission of Birth Certificate at the time of Primary Document Check.

(D) Candidates must register their respective scheduled dates at the rally site at 9 o’clock. Candidates who report after 0600 hours without proper justification will not be allowed to participate. The rally candidate should be a clean-shaven (excluding a Sikh candidate).

(E) Personnel e-mail ID and mobile number are required. All important messages will be sent to E-mail ID / Mobile Number such as shortlisted / Call Letter / Joining Instruction / Result etc. E-mail ID sharing and Mobile number not allowed. Remember the username and password for future use.

(F) Candidates should have their Aadhar card which will be biometric at the rally site. Make sure the Aadhaar details match the details mentioned in the documents and online application form. 

(G) Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and DOB’s Certificate of Matriculation / Class X Board.

(H) The candidate must enter the contact details and permanent address accordingly.

(J) Those without the necessary documents shall not be allowed to attend the rally.

(K) Prior to the review, many candidates have been found to be victims of touts, fake documents/impersonations and lost their candidacy in the contract. The modes used by Operandi / Earth are as follows:

(i) fake PFT slip/impersonation at various stages of the rally. Fake Conduct Recruitment Fairs

(ii) Dismissing/withdrawal of original certificates from candidates declared fit at the initial stage and subsequently harassing them.

iii) Remove the “M Dmit Card” requesting the candidates to follow up with their results.

(iv) False assurance of “recruitment” to the candidates by claiming that they have links to the right level, thereby win the confidence of the candidates.

(v) Once the candidate is relieved of his own efforts, money is demanded in return.

(L) For 8th Class Class candidates. 8th Class pass mark sheets and transfer certificate school (both certificates) should be countersigned by the school district inspector/district education officer.

(M) A grievance cell shall be established at the front of the front to redress any grievances.

(N) Candidates are requested to report appropriate shave and haircut at the rally location to ensure identification between PMT and medical review.

(O) Recruitment is purely based on the quality list based on vacant seats. No candidate to claim recruitment in the army just to pass the recruitment process.

(P) Candidates who do not have the required credentials are responsible for rejection. 

Important Notice: 

1. Administration. Since then, candidates have been advised to bring enough food and drink water with them. Recruitment is a time-consuming process.

2. Candidates will be allowed to enter the rally only after creating the admit card in duplicate, generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Any card found with fake access will be handed over to the civil police.

3. Enlisting in the Army is a free service. Candidates are advised not to give any bribe. The recruitment is based on merit only. The selection process during recruitment in all stages is computerized and transparent, candidates are advised to be careful so as not to help them at any stage.

4. Before attending the rally, candidates are advised to check their age and education criteria. Candidates will be disqualified if they are found to be below/above the age and do not meet the education criteria. 

5. Bribery/bribery, the production of bogus/fake certificates and improperly engaging in crime are criminal and punishable by law.

6. Seal tampering overlays or certificates of any type of pits/rooms will not be accepted. 

7. All documents submitted by the candidates before verification of the army are verified by the government agencies. Individuals who submit fake documents will be subject to stringent legal action. After recruitment, the service will then be terminated if candidates have produced fake documents or given false information.

8. Fake: 

FIR will be lodged upon the creation of fake documents and the candidate along with all original documents will be handed over to the police. 

9. No compensation for death/injury/loss etc at the fair and travel allowance/inflation allowance is allowed. Candidates will participate in the march at their own risk and it is mandatory to fully and completely sign the voluntary Indemnity Bond.

10. The certificate will be rejected without a photo verified by the certificate-issuing authority. 

11. According to Admit Card, candidates will come for rally only on the date. Candidates should bring pens, handkerchiefs, edible items (lasting till evening) and drinking water at the rally.

12. Use of performance-enhancing drugs. The use of drugs that enhance the performance of any kind is strictly prohibited. Candidates who have been found to be used will be prevented from further investigation.

13. Tattoos. 

(a) Candidates from tribal communities / tribal areas are allowed to tattoo the body permanently on any part of the body as per the prevailing practices and traditions of the gang whose candidate is the candidate. Such candidates will only be allowed on the following two certificates: – 

(i) The self-certification certificate signed by the candidates is attached as follows in Appendix C.

(ii) The certificate of the tribal tribe and permanent body Tattoo permit shall be signed with DC / DM or SDM of the district/tahsil on where the tribal candidate is currently attached as Settlement Appendix D (Name and designation of the concerned official must be clearly mentioned).

(b) Permanent body tattoos of religious sentiment are allowed only on the inner face of the arm i.e. from the inside of the elbow to the wrist and the palm/back to the back of the arm. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will be restricted from further selection. 

14. If the rally lapses for 180 days or more during medical screening and dispatch, the medical will be repeated and inappropriate candidates will not be recruited in this review.

15. Selection is temporary until a traffic certificate is issued and candidates are sent for training. 

16. Mobile phones are not allowed at the rally and in the CEE. 

17. In place of the rally, all candidates must register their heads for identification at various stages of the rally process, which can prevent the candidate from attending the rally. 

18. Candidate Akshala and thigh area for reporting proper medical examination by shaving, shaving (excluding Sikh candidate) and shaving.

19. No use of contact lenses. 

20. Especially before selection, candidates are advised to undergo a medical examination in their own interest regarding flat foot, poor eyesight, deformity, and physical measurements. It is recommended that all doctors make sure that the ear is free from pearls before the fair.

21. Candidates will have to attend the rally for two to three. Candidates should make arrangements to stay under their own system.

22. The CEE will be held tentatively in the month of July 2020 for the selected candidates. 

23. Negative marking will be applicable in CEE. 

24. The result of the written test will be announced on the army Bharti official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. No separate letter will be sent to the candidate. It is the responsibility of checking candidate results and registering a 1o ARO for documentation.
